Jennifer Råsten, AllBright Foundation, has extensive experience from the business sector and in the field of gender equality. She was previously partner at the IT consulting firm Netlight.
AllBright is a politically-independent, non-profit foundation that promotes equality and diversity on the executive business level in Sweden. The aim is to influence decision-makers in the business sector to work consciously and purposefully towards increasing the proportion of women in senior positions. AllBright aims to shift the debate from discussing problems to delivering solutions.
